- Collaborate Actively: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall mobile banking strategy and transformation goals.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Scrum events (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement and ensure the team’s alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Execution and Delivery: Be deeply involved in execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Presentation and Engagement: Support the organization, by holding presentations and demos of new and planned features, aiming to increase their engagement and understanding.
- Communication and Documentation Management: Maintain careful control over internal and external communications about product features, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging and knowledge sharing. Maintain proper business documentation of new deliveries.

Application requires
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing digital customer-facing products, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
