What is the job about?Are you ready to innovate and lead within production technology? Join us as a Painting Engineer and play a key role in standardizing production processes and defining production standard times (routings). At Grundfos, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to pioneering sustainable solutions.Your main responsibilities:– Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize reject levels.– Prepare documentation related to error analysis and evaluate test results.– Monitor the technical condition of the machine group(s).– Coach and mentor peers/technicians, ensuring high-quality output and support.– Definition and standardization of production technology, determination of production standard times (routings).Your background:We imagine that you have:– A degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.– Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience in painting technology, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.– Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication in an international team.– Experience with SAP and daily usage of MS Office programs.– Ability to lead processes or projects and influence others effectively.– Knowledge of best practices in production processes and operations.What’s in it for you?Whether it’s advancing your technical expertise or developing leadership skills, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities to help steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
