Starting 1 April 2025.Due to retirement we are looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced leader to operationally manage our community dental teams in Cambridge, Ely and Wisbech. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage daily changing priorities. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management experience, ability to foster a culture of inclusion, be forward thinking and demonstrate experience in managing quality improvement initiatives.The jobholder will join a team of established and developing leaders who work across a large geography with a supportive team approach.
