• Keeps and maintains the processes and the parameters in the system (SAP) under the supervision of Supply Chain Manager.
• Pro-actively follows up, communicates and looks for alternatives for any supply issues.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Preparation, execution and recording of regular functional meetings
• Communication with other departments (Regulatory, Quality, Marketing)
• Communicates with Boehringer Regional Center Vienna – key user of Supply Chain systems
• Checks and follows incoming shipments, communicates with Boehringer Regional Center Vienna to get products at the right time
• Schedules and organizes re-packaging process in the most time and cost effective way
• KPIs (Days of Inventory, Forecast Accuracy)
• Managing of returns, credit notes
• Active participation in monthly closing
• Schedules and organizes destruction
• Handling of special processes
• System user in InvoiceTrack, CoRA, Webuy, Futurcast

REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Advanced level qualification / degree
• Solid English knowledge (written and oral), Hungarian mother tongue
• Experience in pharma supply chain (5+ years)
• Advanced level in SAP, min 3+ years experience
