DescriptionYou are responsible for performing administrative tasks for Reverse Logistics and Service, creating return references, collecting packages and product support.Main Duties ans responsabilities :
- Create return references
- Prepare credit notes
- Managing the RM stock
- Order Exchange units
- Physical handling of undelivered repairs
- Creating tracking numbers via portals
- Return Request inbox management
- Returning the defective devices to Garmin UK
- Implement improvements to maximize efficiency throughout the department
- Other duties assigned by the manager
- Ensure compliance with SOX procedures
