Job description

Internship PositionWe are seeking an Intern to support our Human Resources (HR) Team with our recruitment activities.
The successful candidate will actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process for Interns, Student jobs and provide support related to recruitment activities.The candidate will mainly report to the HR Recruiter.

  • Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
  • Duration: A minimum of 3 months
  • Start date: Quarter 1, 2025.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support to the recruitment daily operations:
  • Review internships and student job adverts
  • Publish the job adverts on the selected channels
  • Participate in the pre-screening of candidates’ applications
  • Participate in the HR screening interviews for interns and students
  • Support to the preparation of local job fairs.
  • In line with our activities, identify potential partnerships with universities, schools or/and associations
  • Update existing documents (e.g. templates, user manuals).

Skills and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant studies
  • Proficient with Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Creative, autonomous and rigorous mind-set
  • Precise and concise
  • Good written and spoken English.
