Position Overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and manage all aspects of the HVAC business, including commissioning, validation, project execution, and maintenance activities. This involves ensuring daily operations align with company and client requirements. Additionally, the role supports the development and growth of the business, working closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, and Validation Lead to achieve strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Primary contact with clients in relation to contract issues.
• Manage all aspects of the HVAC business, including maintenance, validation, commissioning and project works.
• Management of service contracts, contracts renewals etc.
• Resource planning. Develop daily/weekly work schedules and prioritise/manage workflows.
