JOB PURPOSEAs Head of IT, you’ll be in charge of Companjon’s entire IT landscape, from our customer solutions to our office infrastructure. You will lead change projects to help us scale, and you’ll oversee and improve daily operations. You’ll work closely with Companjon’s C-level executives and functional peers, as well as numerous external vendors, and you’ll lead and develop your team.

See our special video here:ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWhat you will do as a Head of IT in Companjon

  • Shape our IT platform architecture and roadmap
  • Drive strategic IT planning, governance, portfolio- and risk management, and operations, and establish new approaches and processes where needed
  • Define and implement / support key change projects
  • Lead and develop Companjon’s IT team
  • Manage our Tech vendors in a cloud-based highly outsourced set-up
  • Provide technical and functional leadership to the wider Companjon team

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSWhat you will need to succeed

  • Master’s degree in IT (or comparable area) is required
  • Experience in a similar function is required
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in leadership and management (such as project management, mentoring/coaching, formal management, etc.) is required
  • Experience in leadership and management in an agile context (such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, agile contracting and budgeting, etc.) is an important plus
  • Professional IT certifications (such as CGEIT, CISA, CRISC, CISM, AWS certifications, Microsoft certifications, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
