Your role

About the Global HR Strategy Execution:

Following the successful implementation of a global HR operating model and the achievement of the first milestones, the next steps are now being taken. The HR Transformation Management Office (TMO) is being transformed from a program management function into a long-term Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the implementation of the HR strategy.

Your role

We are flexible with the job location : Barcelona (Spain), Braunschweig (Germany), Granada (Spain), Holzminden (Germany), Marlow (United Kingdom)

Reporting full line to the Head of Global HR Strategy Execution, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for making sure that defined strategy-designated HR program or HR project will be properly and efficiently delivered.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ability to make a decisive contribution to designing a project management approach that is best suited for a global organisation
  • Consolidate the project/program portfolio at a global level.
  • Follow the project management approach for projects in scope, setting up tools, tracking and creating dashboards for deliverables and risk mitigation.
  • Support and challenge, help arbitrate/decide/prioritize between programs and projects.
  • Track resource allocation, follow up on project plans and risk mitigation activities within them, avoid over-allocation of resources and initiate problem resolution process with global HR Head as required.
  • Develop and communicate project management best practices.
  • Provide project performance information to stakeholders.
  • Support in project selection and identification of potential cross-projects.

About you

Experience:

  • Background in HR and/or Project Management
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in PM in a matrix organization
  • PMP Certification is an advantage
  • Track record of successful project delivery experience
  • Capacity to travel when required – 10% max
  • Operational experience preferred
  • Agile methodology an advantage
  • Openness and curiosity for change management
  • English mandatory, French and German a plus

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
  • A disciplined approach to project management.
  • Must be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to question assumptions.
  • Attention to detail in verifying and challenging information provided.
  • Ability to motivate teams; strong facilitation skills.
  • Advanced with IT.
  • Comfortable with financial concepts.
