- Drive and coordinate the actions in the HR and engagement plan for the Region
- Lead and coordinate the European Heroes to enhance and boost our European plan
- Be an active ambassadors for engagement towards the organization
- Connect with local HR to leverage local activities and inspire countries
Talent Management:
- Collaborate in organizing training sessions
- Participate in various projects
HR partnership :For FA Europe support the HR partner in: internal communication, reporting, training need, development actions, organizational design.Internal Communication:
- Contribute to creating Employer Branding and Social Media content (LinkedIn and Workplace)
- Define with HR regional the communication strategy about HR initiatives
- Create engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, workplace posts, announcements
- Design and execute communication campaigns to promote HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement
- Support in the organization and deployment of European townhall
Talent Acquisition:
- Participate in briefing meetings for new vacant positions with hiring manager and RPO
- Coordinate the process between RPO and hiring manager
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees

RequirementsRequirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources is required, along with the mandatory ability to sign an internship agreement.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
- Advanced English proficiency is essential, as well as expertise in Microsoft Office and knowledge of social media.
- Having French skills is also valuable.
- The position demands teamwork, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a creative profile with an interest in and knowledge of AI.
