Senior Business Development ManagerOur client, one of Ireland’s fastest growing builders’ providers and leading suppliers of building materials, have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their Charleville location.This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a busy, team-orientated environment.The Role:As Senior Business Development Manager you will be supported on pricing by the business owner, manager of store and internal sales teamsResponsibilities will include the following:Visit jobsites and/or customers’ offices on a regular basisFocus on customer service and meeting customersAvailable to deliver small orders to customersSupported on pricing by the business owner, manager of store and Internal sales teamsHelp guide and develop sales with the Charleville teamStart or end working day in the Charleville branchSkills & Experience that we need:5+ years previous senior sales and/ or business development management experience in a trade/construction environmentApplicants from construction and similar sectors are preferred and sales skills are essentialGreat leadership and motivational skills to drive performance and salesExcellent work ethic & initiative-taking mindsetAbility to prioritize, problem-solve and achieve high standards in delivery of goals and objectivesHave a strong background in sales, trade or customer facing rolesOutstanding customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal and motivational skillsFull clean driving licenceThe Offer:This role is being offered on a permanent basis with expected salary to in the range of € 55K – €75K base plus bonus, per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience, plus company vehicle, expenses, and excellent benefits package.How to Apply:If you are interested in applying or want to know more about this role please contact,Orlaigh FitzGerald-Quinn in Cpl Limerick on 085 801 7135 or email your CV to .For a full list of our open jobs, please have a look at cpl.com.
