With a strong presence in the industry and multiple international R&D centers, we continuously strive to enhance our product offerings and maintain our status as a top-tier provider.About the Warehouse Employee Position:We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Employee/Medewerker to join our team at Dingli AWP Europe Trading Limited B.V. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties that support the service and operational needs of the company. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment.Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods from trucks and containers.
• Organizing and maintaining the storage areas to ensure efficient flow of materials.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Assisting with the receipt of incoming shipments and inspecting for damage.
• Assisting the company’s mobile service engineer.
• Execute Pre-delivery Inspections (PDI) for newly inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments.
• Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as necessary.
• Collaborating with other team members to support daily warehouse operations.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse/workshop experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Competent using a computer/ MS Office
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good grasp of English language (verbal & written)
• Ability to competently and safely operate a forklift
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands and proximity to Weert is required.
• Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination.
• Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic repairs, as well as machine maintenance will be a plus.
• Experience working on awp equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts and vertical lifts is an advantage.
