If so, Grundfos has an exciting opportunity for you!What is the job about?As a Software Integration Engineer at Grundfos, you will focus on integrating various embedded software parts through the build system into one application for our product, ensuring security and maintaining our commitment to delivering the world’s best products. You will work closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, utilizing a common release build chain in a flexible and dynamic agile environment.Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the build system.
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans for software components.
- Integrate different embedded software applications and low-level drivers with cybersecurity measures.
- Use issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to manage integration-related issues.
- Provide feedback to other teams about the integration process and share improvement suggestions.
- Engage with developers from other projects or teams to discuss integration challenges and align on common goals.
- Work closely with the tool team to ensure an effective build system.
Your background:We imagine that you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with embedded concepts at both software and hardware levels.
- Proficiency in architecture, high/low level design, and coding in Embedded C.
- Understanding of cyber security at a high level.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, and Bitbucket.
- Python scripting experience.
- Ability to work in agile teams and self-organize effectively.
- Strong attitude towards quality and process, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute proactively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
