In their Maltese office, 100 employees have their daily operations and you will work in a dynamic environment with colleagues from most of Europe.The jobAs the Collections Customer Service Officer you’ll be responsible for handling all customer enquiries via phone, live chat, email, and SMS. It’s a client driven environment with questions regarding payments, customer billing problems, outstanding amounts and different debt repayment options. You will receive training before you start, so you’ll be able to handle customers in compliance with the company’s policies, procedures and related laws and regulations. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

  • Provide customers with accurate information about the bank’s products, services and payments
  • Make an active effort to solicit new sales by following stated strategy and instructions
  • Promote a positive work environment
  • Work closely with other departments, especially payments and collections to ensure transparent and efficient interactions

As Collections Officer you will report directly to the Danish Team Leader and will be part of a team responsible for handling sales, on-boarding of customers, customer enquiries and liaising with the collections department.Your qualifications💭 You speak and write Danish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).🎓 Experience in customer service and sales of financial products.

  • Experience in on-boarding of clients and document verification.
  • Team player with an eye for customer service.

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

  • Knowledge of and experience with working with PC/internet/mobile and MS Office programs (especially Excel)
