About this vacancyAs an Integral Project Manager, you are responsible to lead a project from initiation, into R&D&E, manufacturing and delivery of a high-end system. You translate the client specification into a clear project scope, define a project plan & budget, and execute it, together with your team. Throughout the project, you are in control and keep all stakeholders informed about the progress. Clients operate in sectors such as semiconductors, complex machine building, automotive, healthcare, and aerospace.What we expect from you

• Education: bachelor’s or master’s in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an integral project manager in multidisciplinary complex projects (both development and manufacturing). Ideally, you are PMP, PMI, IPMA or similar certified;
• Experience with transfer of complex high-end equipment and supplier management is a strong pré;
• Strong in communication & organizational skills and poses strong leadership (confident, persuasive, proactive, team builder, entrepreneurial);
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
