This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SENIOR ASSOCIATE, OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST to join our Conventional Trust team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Analyses and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications
  • Participates in development of the functional design and user documentation by analyzing and creating business process flows or client requests and identifying changes
  • Re-engineer existing operational processes, readying the process for potential automation
  • Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Relevant work experience preferred. Technical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the software development process (can be through scrum/ lean agile or standard SDLC).
  • Knowledge or qualifications relating to UI/UX practices.
  • Experience or knowledge of Corporate Trust business is desirable.
