In het kort:Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role? We’re expanding our Technical Services Department and looking for a skilled and motivated technician to join us at our Finsterwolde location!Over de functie:As part of our Technical Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run efficiently and without interruptions. Your main focus will be on performing regular maintenance and implementing modifications to our machinery and equipment, following the guidance of your colleagues and the Technical Services Manager. When production reports malfunctions, you’ll step in to diagnose and repair issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring everything is back up and running as soon as possible.In addition to addressing immediate technical challenges, you’ll also contribute to the long-term reliability of our equipment. This means identifying opportunities for optimization and working with the team to implement improvements that enhance performance and efficiency. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you’ll work closely with production staff to ensure all equipment meets operational needs and technical concerns are addressed promptly.Over het bedrijf:We are an independent family-owned company established in 1964, with our headquarters located in Finsterwolde and an additional production site in Venlo. From these strategic locations in the north and south of the Netherlands, both situated near the German border, we serve multiple Western European markets. With a total of 150 employees across both production facilities, we manufacture six million pallets annually.Wat wij vragen:We’re looking for a driven and skilled technician with a background in mechatronics and a solid understanding of both mechanics and electrical engineering.

• You have a background in mechatronics, with solid knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering;
• Experience in a similar technical role 2-4 years;
• Thrives in a dynamic, hands-on work environment and enjoys solving technical challenges;
• Working in 2 shifts, every other week you work 4 days combined with 5 hours on Saturday;
• Fluently English;
• Driving license B.

Wat wij bieden:

• Salary between €15,57 and €17,88 per hour bruto depending on the experiance;
• Long term job;
• Holiday hours and holiday pay 8,33% of the bruto salary;
