As Eaton’s largest office location in EMEA and the region’s only hub for business services support, the BSC provides essential services — from strengthening customer relationships, to enabling our electrical, industrial and corporate teams to deliver outstanding results.The BSC helps Eaton businesses create exciting new power management technologies that keep our world moving every day.What you’ll do:Role Overview: The Continuous Process Improvement Lead Analyst is responsible for supporting RTR and other teams in Finance.Primary Objectives:Improve Processes: Cooperate with RTR Team Leaders, SMEs to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance efficiency.Global Strategy Alignment to Optimize Structure in EMEA: Consolidate locations, functions, and roles to reduce layers, eliminate overlaps, and improve quality.Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Reduce costs and position for growth.Continuously measure progresses and delivered savings.Key Responsibilities:Increase Efficiency by Developing VBA Solutions: develop, test and implement VBA codes.Maintain VBA Solutions: Provide user assistance for existing VBA codes.Identify Implementation Requirements: Determine process and system needs.Prioritize Projects: Prioritize projects based on impact, savings, scalability.Organise and Lead Workshops: Facilitate workshops focused on waste reduction, simplification and standardization.Monitor Project Status: Track and regularly report project status.Communicate Program Activities: Develop and deliver communications regarding program activities.Analyze and Apply Best Practices: Apply lessons learned to current processes.Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as process experts for designated areas (RTR, PTP).Participate in the organization of CI training for Finance.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting or information technology.Accounting knowledge.Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience.Skills:Required:Intermediate knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).Technical mindset and problem-solving approach.Proven results in process improvement.Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financials.Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. “Can-do” attitude.Knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems (Oracle).Excellent communication skills in English.Solutions-driven, analytical, and results-oriented.Highly Desirable:Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.Knowledge of process improvement techniques and ability to promote positive change.General ledger experience.Experience in providing high-standard customer care.Ability to work in a large, multicultural organization with international stakeholders.Effective communication, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.Passion for business, ability to drive change, and train others.Openness to new technologies and digital thinking.What we offer:Competitive compensation and benefits packageChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative teamFlexible working solutions (home office) are implemented across different EMEA locationsWe make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible and we make your growth matter.
