The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, particularly in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. You will play a critical role in managing and delivering complex projects that align with our vision of transforming the printing industry.You should be a proactive problem solver, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally to drive projects from inception to completion. Your passion for innovation and ability to work under tight deadlines will be key to successfully managing our portfolio of initiatives. Having sales experience is a plus, as we will work hand by hand supporting theKey Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to align project goals and manage expectations.
  • Monitor Progress & Performance: Track project performance, timelines, and costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Use metrics to measure success and report on progress to senior leadership.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation plans. Ensure timely resolution of project roadblocks to keep momentum.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Continuously assess project management methodologies and tools to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and manage resource allocation effectively to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the technology, industrial, or printing sectors. Experience in managing large, cross-functional teams is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar tools). Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence without direct authority.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a global setting is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus, given the global nature of our business.​
