As a BFC Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our water filtration systems. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for growth within an established company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and perform installations of water filtration systems.
- Execute repairs, services, exchanges, and collections on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely management of stock and inventory, ensuring all necessary parts are available for service tasks.
- Work within tight daily schedules while managing tasks efficiently.
- Attend our Service Centre as required to replenish supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
- A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
