Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse with experience in Intellectual Disabilities (ID)? We are seeking a dedicated Agency RNID Nurses to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities across multiple facilities. As an Agency ID Nurse, you will work with a range of clients, delivering personalized healthcare and ensuring their well-being in a supportive, patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Monitor and report any changes in the health condition of patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Support the development and training of care staff, as needed
- Assist with creating and maintaining a safe and supportive care environment
Qualifications:
- NMBI essential
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
