This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent business school graduate with strong data analysis skills to make a real impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.In this role, you will focus on analyzing data, particularly in relation to our newly established pricing governance structure and provide actionable recommendations to the management team to support decision-making. Additionally, you will handle key operative and system-related tasks essential for the seamless execution of our commercial activities. This position offers significant geographical responsibility and is ideal for someone eager to grow within a global organization.Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insights
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics across the UKIE & Nordics regions.
  • Perform in-depth analysis related to our pricing governance structure, ensuring compliance and optimization across all markets.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key marketing KPIs and commercial performance.
  • Generate actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Operational & System Support
  • Manage and maintain essential marketing systems and tools to ensure smooth commercial operations.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and tracking.
  • Monitor system workflows and troubleshoot any operational challenges.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms. Familiarity with Power BI is a strong plus.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Internship or academic experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or data management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Any Nordic language is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
