Our Client is a renewable energy company looking for a dynamic and motivated sales executive to join their team in Cork.Role Overview:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various methods.
- Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of leads to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products and solutions in the solar and storage sectors, introducing new offerings and market trends to potential clients.
- Engage with prospects to understand their energy requirements and inform them about the advantages of solar PV systems.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct consultations to deliver customized solar solutions that meet each client’s specific needs.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
- Handle direct sales inquiries, gather relevant information, and perform desktop surveys to estimate system size, yield, and payback based on client-provided data.
- Plan weekly site surveys, assessing feasibility, optimal system size, design, and potential technical challenges, while documenting necessary details for design and operations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to uncover new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
- Follow up with clients after installation.
- Complete and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Achieve the sales goals set by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role.
- Essential field sales experience.
- Persistent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to become an expert in solar and storage solutions, introducing new products and market developments to clients.
- Detail-oriented with a strong adherence to processes and procedures.
- Dynamic, motivated, and positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A full, clean driving license.
