Summary

The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on partner to both the Nordics and Benelux Business Units, with a combined headcount of 90 Associates. This position is responsible for providing proactive, operational HR advice and support in organizational design, talent development, performance management, recruitment, and change management. The role involves diagnosing and addressing HR-related issues, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, and maintaining a strong sense of urgency. The position aligns with the company’s mission, vision, strategy, and culture, ensuring the continued growth and success of the organization. The ideal location for this candidate is in Denmark, but candidates in Norway and Sweden will be considered. 

Responsibilities

-Build and maintain strategic relationships with General Manager and leadership teams of the Nordics and Benelux Business Units.
-Implement HR programs in alignment with our People & Culture strategy.
-Develop and implement effective resource planning and organizational design strategies.
-Drive the internal Succession and Development Planning (DSP) process and partner with the business to build a strong talent pipeline to support and enhance business goals.
-Cultivate our Culture by connecting purpose with performance. Drive the local Hollister Performance Management (HPM) and Merit processes.
-Advise and counsel all levels of Leadership and Associates on people and organization-related matters, including employee relations and performance issues.
-Develop and implement effective Recruitment and Onboarding strategies, including Employer Value Proposition.
-Drive Engagement and open two-way communication by supporting Associate Experience Surveys and Action Plans.
-Coach and develop people leaders in building high-performing teams, leading people through change, and driving sales and commercial excellence.
-Partner with global HR functions (compensation, benefits, and learning and development) to deliver appropriate and timely programs and processes.
-Maintain a network of external contacts to support business needs.
-Develop and implement processes to continually improve the quality of HR services and programs.
-Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
 

Work Experience/Requirements

-12-15 years of generalist human resources experience
-B.S. / B.A in Business, or related field (required)
-MBA or MS (a plus)
-Experience working in a multinational business, ideally with a track record of operating effectively in a matrix organization across cultural borders
-Strong mix of business understanding and operational HR experience

The anticipated base salary range for this position is 854,968 DKK – 1,039,269 DKK. The actual salary varies based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
