Communication is informal, and your colleagues are only a short call away.Your ImpactThe HR Operation Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing HR operational functions across the Nordics, Benelux, and France regions. This includes payroll, personnel administration, travel management, office management, and car fleet management. By driving efficient processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performing team of HR Officers and Office Managers, the role aims to deliver best-in-class support for employees and managers while aligning with the company’s overall HR strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Officers and Office Managers to ensure effective service delivery across all regions.
- Monitor team performance, set clear objectives, and foster a culture o accountability and excellence.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues within the team, providing guidance and solutions.
HR Operations
- Own the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee personnel administration, ensuring employee data integrity, contract management, and adherence to legal requirements.
- Maintain and improve HR systems and tools, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy.
Travel and Office Management
- Oversee travel management processes to ensure cost-efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Supervise office management activities, including facilities management, meeting logistics, and office supplies, to maintain smooth operations across locations.
Car Fleet Management
- Manage the company’s car fleet across all regions, ensuring effective policy implementation, cost control, and compliance with regulations.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure alignment of regional HR operations with global and local policies.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance and optimize services in payroll and other HR operational areas.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service quality across all HR operational functions.
- Lead or contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives that support the company’s growth and transformation objectives.
About YOU
- Over 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing diverse teams of HR professionals and operational staff, fostering accountability, excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement across regional and global functions.
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Expertise in managing end-to-end payroll processes, personnel administration, and employee data systems, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Skilled in managing travel, office operations, and car fleet logistics, driving cost efficiency and operational excellence while enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
- People Management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
