Job Overview
The Trust is seeking a Band 6 Respiratory Physiotherapist to join the Sutton Community team. This role involves providing expert respiratory care, including pulmonary rehabilitation, to patients within a community setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions in community settings.
* Conduct patient education sessions for pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
* Manage an independent caseload and ensure timely patient care.
* Participate in audits and research to enhance service delivery.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
* Travel frequently within the borough and work flexibly, including weekends.
Key Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy.
* HCPC registration and CSP membership.
* NHS experience, with expertise in respiratory and pulmonary rehabilitation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A valid driving license and access to a car for work.
