Sr. Analyst IT Business Integration

The Sr. Analyst IT Business Integration bridges IT and business users, supporting IT Business Partners and Project Managers. They gather and document business and functional requirements, develop processes and technical documentation, and validate findings with stakeholders.

In an advisory role, they provide insights on technology, risks, and opportunities, support user acceptance testing, and aid in strategic solution development. Acting as a trusted partner, they ensure effective communication between IT and business units.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users.

Job Responsibilities

-Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in solution development proposals.
-Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
-Understand business cases and objectives.
-Performing requirements analysis and elicitation and documenting as required.
-Developing technical documentation (context diagram/class diagram/ERD).
-Assisting in project scope and boundary development, KPI development and monitoring performance.
-Conducting meetings and presentations with cross-functional & cross-regional teams, to share ideas and findings.
-Effectively communicating results and status to cross-functional team members and management within both IT and assigned business functions.
-Working closely with business users, IT business partners, project managers, solutioning teams, and managerial staff.
-Ensure cost-efficient solutions that meet business needs, supporting key systems through administrative tasks as required.
-Conduct user acceptance testing, provide reporting and analysis, and maintain procedures.
-Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, offering training and promoting best practices.
-Support change management, balancing competing priorities while ensuring timely project completion.
-Stay up to date with process and IT advancements.
Our requirements

-Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years in IT and business analysis, preferably in manufacturing. Proven track record in managing and supporting projects.
-Technical Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Power Platform. Knowledge of IT systems, reports, software development lifecycle, and emerging technologies. Ability to develop process flow diagrams and business cases.
-Business & Analytical Skills:

Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to build ROI cases. Skilled in stakeholder management, networking, and influencing decisions.
-Communication & Training:
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across regions. Strong planning, organization, and time management. Ability to conduct engaging training sessions.
