  • Provide comprehensive governance support, including meeting administration, minute-taking, and managing key follow-ups for board and committee meetings.
  • Oversee regulatory filings, Power of Attorney management, and legal entity documentation.
  • Assist with regulatory and audit information requests, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Support diverse projects, such as regulatory implementation, incorporations, and entity liquidations.
  • Collaborate with a multi-jurisdictional team to streamline processes and enhance governance frameworks.

Qualifications:
