You will assist clients in matching their business and IT goals and find ways to use innovative cloud technology for better business value and cost savings. Your passion and talent will play a key role in advising client management in achieving greater business value from cloud technology.The role is part of the Nordic team consisting of 14 people with diverse backgrounds, united by the passion for cloud technology and business value. We are helping our clients to create sustainable and digital change for the future to identify value across financial, experience, sustainability, talent, and inclusion & diversity dimensions.Some examples of areas you could work with:Advise clients on how to develop their business by leveraging emerging and established cloud technologiesCreate effective operating models to transform and build organizations ready for growth and stabilityUnlock the value of data, architecture, and AI to drive business agility and transformation to a real-time enterpriseIdentify, quantify, maximize, and sustain value realization from cloud technology investmentsPlan, organize and execute cloud transformation programs… and much more!How do you know this could be the role for you?We are looking for you who has minimum 8 years relevant experience either from other consultancy companies, large-scale business development, strategy development and implementation in technology driven organizations, or hands on experience with larger-scale cloud transformation. You have a deep business understanding of one or more industries and a proven ability to challenge and transform traditional ways of working by leveraging new cloud technologies, innovative business models and agile ways of working. You excel in leading the development and implementation of strategies that bring transformative ideas and innovations to life.You are fluent in business case generation, value and cost driver identification and operating model creation.As a person, you are analytical with a structural mindset that drives impressive results and thrive in environments where you define, organize, and solve clients’ complex challenges. In addition to delivering outcomes, you lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering growth and empowering others to succeed. You inherently know the cloud advantages and what they mean in practice, and also the associated impacts and pitfalls.
