To expand our business footprint in Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to join this our growing organization as Junior Business Development Manager. Being a relatively small organization, you will be directly coach by the company CEO with direct reporting to him.Business Development Manager is a key and diversified role with 2 mains activities

  • Sales Development
  • People Recruitment

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for, Sales development and recruiting. Business Development Manager key indicators’ are prospection KPIs, lead & revenue generation.

  • Sales Development
  • Identification of potential target
  • Pitch & contact in an Omnichannel approach
  • Get recruitment requests
  • Identify & hook right candidates to answer lead requests
  • Close
  • People Recruitment
  • Screen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral
  • Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles
  • Make interviews and selection
  • Close the hiring
  • Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels
  • Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates

Profile

  • Business Development mind-set
  • New Sales behavior
  • Knowledge in IT, Telecoms & Technology sectors
  • Ready to join a start-up and be able to work on autonomous base
  • Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
  • Interpersonal Sales & communication skill
  • Independent & autonomous
  • Graduate with a Master degree / Bachelor in Business or Engineering
  • Fluent in English, French
  • Dutch is a plus
