purposeAs a Talent Management Officer at Fluxys, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and development of our talent management programs. You will coordinate the implementation of these strategies in the following areas: internal mobility, performance and skills management, talent assessment and succession planning, and integration and diversity programs. responsibilities
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing internal mobility and career development. Encourage the professional growth of our employees and optimize talent allocation within Fluxys.
- Skills Needs Analysis: Identify the company’s skill requirements by analyzing market trends and organizational objectives. Design relevant development programs in collaboration with the training team to ensure Fluxys has the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals.
- Talent Review Support: Support the talent review process by assessing employees, evaluating their potential, and identifying their career aspirations.
- Succession Planning: Assist in the succession planning process by identifying critical roles and creating succession plans to ensure operational continuity and the company’s long-term success.
- Employee Integration: Implement a robust framework for integrating new employees, ensuring they quickly adapt to the company’s culture and succeed in the long term.
- Data Collection and KPI Setting: Establish data collection systems and set relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of internal mobility and talent management programs, highlighting trends and developments.
- Process Administration: Manage and oversee the administration of processes within your scope, ensuring they are effective and compliant.
About
you
- You hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, Law, or a related field
- You have over five years of experience in talent management, internal mobility, and career development
- You have successfully led complex change initiatives and projects, fostering a positive culture of talent development. You can manage several/multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- You are meticulous with a keen eye to detail
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are empathetic and can build trusting relationships with employees. You work well in a team and maintain positive working relationships
- You show initiative and adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your creative spirit enables you to suggest innovative solutions
- You have proven experience in analysing data and presenting meaningful results. You are familiar with HR data analysis tools and technologies
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and French, with a good command of English
