Supply Chain Analyst – WarehousePrimary Purpose:Responsible for the tactical coordination of daily activities performed by Third Party Logistics (3PL’s). Duties include inventory receipts and adjustments, dock to stock reporting, coordination of work orders to be filled by external providers and general support for operations/external providers related questions.Key Responsibilities:Process Management & Improvement

  • Identifies, implements, and manages processes to ensure efficient daily warehousing operations.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align and adopt processes across the organization.
  • Collaboration with Operations Leadership
  • Works closely with the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure warehousing functions support department goals and resolves escalations.

Relationship Management

  • Maintains effective relationships with warehousing providers and serves as the primary point of contact for all daily operations, including product tracking and approval.
  • Invoice Auditing
  • Audits and approves warehouse invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Stakeholder Accountability & Service Level Management
  • Holds internal and external stakeholders accountable for warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and outbound shipments.
  • Ensures service expectations are met by warehouse providers and escalates issues as needed.

Claims Management

  • Escalates warehousing loss claims and corrective actions to the Operations Supervisor.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Operations Supervisor: Direct supervisor provides guidance.
  • Operations Manager: Skip-level manager.
  • Director, Supply Chain: Senior leadership support.
  • Operations Analyst: Collaborative partner.

Education, Experience & Training:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in warehousing preferred.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Versatility in interacting with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
