Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The Global Product Supply Digital Process Management team is looking for an analyst with focus on reporting analytics.

To support the Global Supply planning team, we are looking for a business process analyst to drive Supply Planning Projects, gather business requirements, create report specifications, and provide reporting solutions. Act as subject matter expert in the Supply Planning Reporting processes. Support planning and purchasing teams with all reporting needs daily.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assume the role of Super User and resident expert of all functionalities within the supply planning reporting landscape, providing trainings and knowledge sharing sessions.
-Provide visibility to system outputs through reporting for operational planning and purchasing teams.
-Create reporting alignments across planning teams and providing quick solutions for operational teams.
-Identify enhancements and process improvements and capture this to establish continuous improvements to reporting quality.
-Support creation of business specifications for Reporting developments.
-Supporting change management activities required to successfully introduce new reporting.
-Consulting of business teams on creation of best-practice reporting.
-Contribution towards end to end release testing and identify impacts coming from internal or external changes (Trans4m project). 
-Collaboration with operational teams and GPS stakeholders with in depth analysis and system insight to resolve unforeseen issues or to provide a bases for systematic or process change
-Develop and sustain expert level of system and process insight while exploring and researching new tech opportunities.
-Support GPS KPI & PPI Governance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Proven analytical skills, systematic and disciplined approach to all work undertaken.
-Proven track record of working with BI analysis tools.
-Project mindset to scope, plan and execute report and technical development work.
-Experience in participating in small/medium sized projects with cross functional and remote teams.
-Understand the different levels of reporting needs within a hierarchical organization.
-Strong team player
-Fluent in English (written & spoken)
-Ability to work independently.
-Good planning and organization skills to accomplish targets.
-Proven record of successfully applying project and change management skills.
-Service-minded and consumer/customer oriented.
-Problem-solving mindset.
-Advanced Business Intelligence Tool skills (eg, ERP systems such as SAP/IBP, PowerBI, orSQL).
-Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Access, Excel VBA).
-Experienced with reporting advanced data visualisations and management dashboard.
 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

-Four-year degree from college or university required with emphasis in supply chain management, business, or finance preferred.
-Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
-5+  years of experience in supply chain, logistics or analytical.
