We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team! This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, initially for a 6-month period. What are you going to do?As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to drive business performance and strategic decisions. You will collaborate across departments, providing actionable insights that contribute to our financial success.Your Responsibilities:
- Engage in cross-functional discussions and initiatives, providing valuable input into business unit planning.
- Build and leverage internal and external partnerships to optimize resources and enhance business responsiveness.
- Prepare and share timely, insightful financial analyses to track progress against strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Review financial results with business managers, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to drive actionable solutions.
- Conduct scenario and investment analyses to support decision-making on new business opportunities and improve profitability.
- Monitor monthly progress against budgets and ensure accountability with department managers.
- Oversee working capital efficiency, with a focus on inventory and accounts receivable.
- Develop and track performance metrics related to P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow (e.g., CACC, ROIC).
- Contribute to the strategic and business planning process with a financial perspective.
- Generate budgets that align with strategic business objectives and include relevant assumptions.
- Manage monthly forecasting for assigned divisions, categories, or cost centers.
- Support the Controlling team in maintaining the integrity of financial statements and ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
- Collaborate with local accounting staff to document accounting policies and procedures.
- Partner with Corporate Audit and the Region Controlling team to improve internal controls.

- At least 6 years of experience in a financial role with a Fortune 500 or multinational consumer products company.
- Expertise in SAP and advanced proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders.
- A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls is a plus.
