Position: F&B Director – Luxury Country Hotel – Ireland
Location: Ireland – Relocation possible
Salary: Negotiable

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented F&B Director for a prestigious country hotel in Ireland. The ideal candidate will oversee the F&B outlets while training and developing the heads of department. the ideal candidate has experience in luxury hotels and has the right to work within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the smooth operation of all F&B outlets and private events
* Manage and train staff to the highest standard
* Develop and introduce new concepts
* Collaborate with all departments to achieve the best outcomes
* Take responsibility for operational and financial performance
* Report to the Assistant General Manager

Required Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar luxury hotel or venue
* Strong understanding of operations, forecasting, and budgeting
* High standard of customer service, including working with VIP guests
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
* Passion and in-depth knowledge of food and beverages
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
