This role focuses on providing day-to-day HR administrative support and ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout their journey with us at Kimpton BEM Budapest.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day brings something new, but your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with onboarding and welcoming new team members.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinating training and development programs to support colleague growth.
- Supporting team engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs and events.
- Assisting with the administration of the annual team member satisfaction survey.
What we need from you:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related fields is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
