Your new companyOur partner is a French EdTech company who provides higher education all around the globe. The Hungarian branch offers a diverse package of dedicated IT services to support our „internal” clients: Schools, Business units and Support functions, in both their Digital Transformation and daily IT operations by spearheading, supporting and managing their efforts through IT project managers, technical professionals and software developer experts. Take part in a greenfield project that will shape the world of higher education. Through implementing a new Student Information System (SIS) they aim to provide their schools (and also students, teachers, employees) with an outstanding digital experience, catalyst for educational success.Your new roleThey are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves working closely with Product Owners to understand their needs, translating those needs into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring that the platform’s utilization is optimized.MAIN ACTIVITIES:• Evaluate Business Processes: Assess current business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

  • Requirement Gathering: Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Gather, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges.
  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements.
  • System Configuration: Manage a broad range of Salesforce tasks including configuration, customization, implementation, and support.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure both perspectives are considered.
  • Testing and Deployment: Manage system testing and deployment activities to ensure high performance and functionality.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and business processes.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Writing skills (administrator guides, user guides, functional specifications, test scenarios)
  • Experience in workshop facilitation
  • Understanding of technical aspects related to an information system: architecture, integration (APIs, Webservices), databases (modelling, SQL, MDM)
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, as well as office tools (Office 365 Suite)
  • Autonomy, resilience, strong communication, and team spirit.
