Business Analyst (Technical) – Privileged Access ManagementWe are looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong technical background to join a large-scale transformation program in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The project focuses on modernizing solutions in authentication, federation, privileged access management, secrets management, and API security.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and map use cases.
- Design and optimize processes to ensure efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Document and map processes comprehensively.
- Engage with stakeholders in a global environment.
- Deliver outcomes on time and according to expectations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies.
- Knowledge and experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and Visio.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive and collaborative team player.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with global teams.
- Familiarity with processes and standards of large financial organizations.
