MEDICAL SCIENCE LIAISON (MSL) BeNeLuxLocation: Remote (from anywhere in The Netherlands) with regular travel across Belgium, the Netherlands, and LuxembourgAbout the opportunityAre you passionate about advancing healthcare and making a meaningful impact on patients with critical and rare conditions? This role gives the opportunity to drive change, not just for patients but for the medical community as a whole.As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the BeNeLux region, you will lead scientific initiatives with autonomy, strategy, and relationship-building, bridging cutting-edge science and clinical practice.Why this role is different:

Tasks & Responsibilities1) Educate and train healthcare professionals:
- Deliver training and workshops to ensure safe and effective therapy use.
- Provide education on clinical data and disease management to clinicians and internal teams.
2) Build relationships and drive insights:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and medical societies.
- Share medical expertise and gather insights to inform clinical strategies and innovations.
3) Advance research and innovation:
- Support clinical trials through site identification, protocol education, and ongoing engagement.
- Facilitate investigator-led studies to improve patient care.
4) Engage at medical congresses and events:
- Represent the company at medical events, sharing expertise and building connections.
- Execute KOL engagement plans and facilitate scientific activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Scientific degree (Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing)
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years of experience as an MSL. (OR) Demonstrated scientific clinical research, medical acumen and clinical patient/ healthcare experience.
- Skills: Strong clinical research knowledge, ability to communicate science
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English (OR) Fluency in English with demonstrated knowledge of medical organisations, hospitals and scientific societies (OR) solid network within the Haematology in The Netherlands
- Attributes: Collaborative, proactive, resilient, adaptable, and skilled at simplifying complex concepts.
