Job DescriptionA leading Private Equity firm in Dublin is seeking to hire an Investment Analyst – Private Equity to support their existing investment team. This is an excellent and unique opportunity for the right candidate seeking a career in the private equity industry. The role will be varied, challenging and highly rewarding for the right individual.Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in the identification and tracking of potential investment opportunities.
- Conducting market research and company valuations.
- Supporting and managing the investment process, including due diligence and financial modelling.
- Monitoring portfolio company performance and assisting them with on-going strategic and financial initiatives.
Requirements:
- An excellent academic track record including ideally a professional qualification in accounting (ACA / ACCA) or CFA.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity or similar environment.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with an ability to meet regular and tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and with an ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
