Process Engineer (Business Analyst)The Process Engineer plays a key role in documenting and optimizing the organization’s strategy, processes, and technology assets. By integrating business needs, capabilities, and technology, they ensure efficient, sustainable, and adaptable solutions that align with strategic objectives. The role includes defining, improving, and implementing business processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.Key Responsibilities:Process Management & Optimization:

  • Define and implement new business (sub)processes within the “Business Architecture” framework, aligned with strategic goals.
  • Optimize and adjust existing processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and assess processes using key indicators, customer feedback, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure process and documentation compliance with internal and external guidelines.

Business & IT Collaboration:

  • Contribute to defining needs and testing changes in applications.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with operational realities.
  • Provide clear and accessible documentation for implementation, incident resolution, and process adjustments.

Change Management & User Support:

  • Identify change requirements and facilitate transition steps.
  • Ensure employees and customers master new or adjusted processes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and respond to user inquiries.

Agile Way of Working:

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team (Squad/Cluster of Squads) focused on delivering high-value products/services.
  • Commit to sprint objectives and backlog priorities defined by the Product Owner.
  • Independently organize tasks, estimate scope, and ensure timely delivery within Agile Ceremonies, including Quarterly Agile Planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Process certification (preferred).

Languages:

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of process management tools.
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with risk management and control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with business architecture, automation, and data management (preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive change.
  • Creativity and perseverance in problem-solving.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to expectations.

Work Conditions:

  • Hybrid work model: 50% on-site, 50% remote.
  • Travel requirements: As applicable.
