Job description
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team within the Facility Services domain. You will play a key role in optimizing processes and tools to support facility management and enhance the user experience.Responsibilities
- Analyze and consolidate the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with experts to define processes, acceptance criteria, and features.
- Support the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement.
- Organize and support user testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Continuously improve existing processes to maximize efficiency and compliance.
Required Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within Facility Management.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Archibus (FMIS) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, structured approach, strong stakeholder management, and effective communication skills.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in French or Dutch, with fluency in English (working language).
