Service Manager – Radiotherapy Devices – CZ & SK

We are looking for a Service Manager for CZ & SK.

Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of field service engineers to ensure exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
– Drive revenue growth of the service business and support local sales teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Represent our client at industry events, analyze customer feedback, and identify sales opportunities.

Requirements:
– University degree in a technical discipline.
– Proven experience in people management and team building.
– Fluency in Czech, Slovak, and English along with a willingness to travel up to 60% in the assigned territory and internationally.
