You’ll play a crucial role in
ensuring their homes meet high standards, providing outstanding service to residents, and driving operational excellence.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing a team of skilled maintenance professionals to deliver a high-quality, efficient service.
- Overseeing repairs, void property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations.
- Managing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Using repair data to identify trends, optimise processes, and contribute to long-term property maintenance planning.
- Handling escalated complaints with a problem-solving approach, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in property maintenance and building services, with a track record of delivering high standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team in a dynamic environment.
- Commercial and financial acumen with hands-on budget management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A relevant professional qualification (such as RICS) is desirable but not essential.
