Responsibilities:
– Utilize your experience as an application engineer to support clinicians and radiologists in adopting AI solutions
– You are responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation and ongoing success of the software both pre- and post-sale.
– Your role involves working closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, guiding them through the deployment process, and ensuring smooth integration with their systems.
– You handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years’ experience as an application or customer success engineer or specialist
– Proficiency in Python and Linux
– Familiarity with Cloud systems
– Fluent level of English
