Its main objective is to increase the level of Digital maturity in the organization, with the aim of enabling and accelerating EDPR business ambitions. Its activities are based on 3 axes: Digital Strategy, Digital Projects, Digital Culture.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESKey accountabilities are described below:

  • Supports the digital strategy, common to the entire EDPR organization
  • Works closely with the ecosystem of digital partners
  • Collaborate on promoting and accelerating projects – mVPs, Digital Boost or Digital Quick WINs – that create value for the Bus
  • Follow closely the Digital roadmap, its governance and key stakeholders and team members to ensure business goals
  • Supports and sponsor a Digital Culture throughout the EDPR organization together with P&OD
  • Promoting more agile, flexible, collaborative and inclusive working methods
  • Responsible for managing virtual communities, organizing training and awareness-raising sessions on new ways and tools of work
  • Develop digital products for EDPR, reducing their time-to-market through the application of design thinking principles, agile methodology, cloud technology and startup mindset
  • Act as an assembly line for digital products, helping to accelerate the EDPR digital transformation journey

REQUIRED PROFILE1. ACADEMIC LEVEL

  • Degree from a top University

2. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Have professional experience in IT, Program Management, Project Management, Product Management of at least 5 years
  • Have led end to end programs across different phases and managed portfolios and roadmaps in large multinationals with a global scope
  • Preferrable experience in consulting

3. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of communication and collaboration tools/channels
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Experience in Jira & Confluence

4. LANGUAGES

  • English and Spanish fluent
  • Portuguese and other languages appreciated

5. SKILLS / COMPETENCES

  • Strong communication skills to engage with technical and Business Unit stakeholders
  • Explain complex digital ecosystems in everyday language for users
  • Program and Project Management skills
  • Agile methodology skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities
  • Ability to be self-motivated
  • Flexibility to support in all relevant actions of the department
  • Multidisciplinary teams coordination
  • Control and monitor SLA contracts
