• Advise on a wide range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.

• Assist with property-related financing transactions and provide strategic advice on complex legal matters.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including planning, construction, and litigation specialists.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Newly qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction.
• Strong academic background, with a focus on property or commercial law.
• Internship, training contract, or post-qualification experience in property law is highly desirable.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
