We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the operations of a high-end, urban boutique hotel. This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee the coordination of all departmentswhile ensuring an exceptional guest experience from pre-arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
Design and implement the customer journey to guarantee a personalized, luxury guest experience.
Manage revenue strategy , negotiate and close deals to optimize profitability and ensure strong financial performance.
Play an active role in the hotel’s positioning strategy and brand presence.
Oversee and support events, working closely with the club side of the business, ensuring member satisfaction and synergy with hotel operations.
Develop and implement loyalty programs to increase guest retention and strengthen the client relationship.
Lead pre-opening activities, including project management (PMO) and operational setup.
Manage breakfast operations

Requirements:

Proven experience managing small luxury urban hotels , ideally in independent properties .
Previous pre-opening and project management experience is essential.
Strong background in revenue management and deal negotiation.
Expertise in guest experience and loyalty program strategies.
Knowledge of the hospitality landscape in Madrid or Barcelona is highly preferred.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team coordination and operational excellence.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
