Job Description:Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a L3 Multi-Channel Marketer at KSA Group.Role Summary:Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. You’ll assist in creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and analysing campaign performance. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in SEO, email marketing, and analytics while working alongside industry professionals. If you’re passionate about digital trends and eager to learn, we want you on board!Key Responsibilities:As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:Content Creation:

• Assist in developing engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and promotional materials.

Social Media Management:

• Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Monitor social media trends and industry news to inform content strategy.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Support the implementation of SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing website content for search engines.

Email Marketing:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
• Analyse email performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Help track and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare reports on key metrics and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience preferences.
• Assist in gathering and analysing data to support marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with team members to support ongoing projects and campaigns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• A-levels, equivalent qualifications, or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Skills Required:

• A keen interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
