Responsibilities:Position Purpose: We are seeking an experienced React.js developer to join our Risk Systems team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other React.js developers to build and enhance the web applications that are crucial to our risk monitoring and management processes. The ideal candidate excels at translating requirements into intuitive, high-quality interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience. This is a hands-on position focused on creating performant, scalable, and user-centric dashboards.Primary duties will include:

• Strong understanding of UX/UI practices.
• Write scalable, efficient React.js solutions using functional components and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate and work effectively with the team and stakeholders.
• Ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
• Identify and address technical issues proactively.
• Optimize React components for maximum performance.
• Driving continuous improvement in development processes.

Qualifications:To land this role you will need:

• Extensive experience (+4 years) with React.js and JavaScript
• Experience in front end, web, or mobile software developing with C#, .NET.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6+; TypeScript experience is a plus
• Proven track record in architecting complex UI solutions
• Expertise in front-end build tools and pipelines
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration
• Experience with communication protocols such as WebSockets & WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) would be a plus
• Experience with database platforms like SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQLite
• Experience with performance optimization techniques
• Hands-on experience using Git and common branching strategies
• A degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related field

Education / Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related Degree

Working environment:

• Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days from the office) at ul. Mogilska 35, Cracow (private parking for employees.
• 6 months B2B contracy
